Architecture and Engineering Services
The Architecture/Engineering Services Store in the Facilities Related Services Wing of SAM consists of services related to educational, hospital, industrial residential, warehouse buildings; research and development facilities; conservation and development construction; highway, roads, and bridges; utilities and non-building structures.
Operation of Government Owned Facilities
The Operation of Government Owned Facilities Store in the Facilities Related Services Wing of SAM consists of services related to a contractor’s operating services of government owned facilities. This typically includes turning over an ENTIRE building, facility, structure, road, or operating location, and all equipment therein to a contractor.
Machinery and Equipment Maintenance
