A Communication Plan will help you develop and organize the communications strategy you’ll need to keep your key stakeholders, customers, and acquisition team informed as you move thru the different phases of the service acquisition process. Good communication is the lifeblood of any successful acquisition.

You will need to identify what needs to be communicated, what the communications should contain, who is responsible for generating the communication, what format or forum that communication should be delivered in, what frequency is needed to keep your target audience up to speed on your actions and finally who is the target audience for the communications.
