Technology Managers

The role of the Technology Manager (Possibly junior Government Civilians or support Contractors) is:

  • The same as the Project Manager's role except that the TM is not authorized to formally represent or commit the government in contract matters.
  • The TM can be a subject matter expert and, as such, primarily performs the technical management but not the Program management.
