Step 6 is the key step in this process. From the WBS, and going through a Data Call and a DRRB, the IPT will then finalize all the tailored DIDs/CDRLs. Therefore, at the end of Step 6 the Program Office has identified the exact data that is required for the entire life cycle of the program in terms of sustainment, competition, and the delivery of the data.

Section J is the attachment to the Statement of Work. One of the important attachments from a data deliverable perspective is the CDRLs, DD Form 1423 as an Exhibit.
